Wave is free, available for Android and iOS devices as well as Chrome and Firefox browsers, and can be configured quickly by scanning the barcode generated by the UCM6300 series. The app offers chat and collaboration features, such as sending messages, emoji characters, and sharing files via private chat or group chat. It is compatible with Grandstream’s RemoteConnect UCM cloud service, which ensures a completely secure connection between Wave and the UCM6300 series by providing always-on automatic NAT firewall traversal.
